Welcome to PlusSizeZ, a plus-size and curvy fashion store created for customers who want comfortable, confident and expressive clothing designed with real curves in mind. Our approach is empowering, not apologetic: we celebrate bodies rather than treating them as something to fix. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Products, fit and information

We aim to present product names, images, colours, prices, size options, materials and fit information accurately. Colours may appear differently on different screens. Product measurements and fit descriptions are guidance and should be reviewed together with the relevant size chart.

Plus-size fit can vary by garment construction, fabric behaviour, grading, stretch, proportions and design. A size label alone cannot guarantee how an item will fit every body. Where information is available, product pages may describe details such as a relaxed fit, A-line shape, empire waist, wide elastic waistband, adjustable straps, lining, stretch or room through the midsection.

We do not describe a product as having tummy control, a built-in bra, compression, opacity, four-way stretch, reinforced seams or other construction features unless that feature is confirmed for the specific product.

Prices and payment

Prices, currency, delivery charges, taxes and other applicable charges are shown at checkout before you place an order. Orders are processed through the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment details may be handled by a third-party payment provider.

Orders

After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. This confirms that we received the order. We may cancel or refuse an order if an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, a pricing or listing error occurred, delivery is unavailable to the destination, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the affected amount.

Delivery

Estimated delivery is generally 10–14 days, depending on destination and fulfilment conditions. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. For further information, see our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Returns and consumer rights

Our Refund and Returns Policy explains the 14-day return process. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The PlusSizeZ name, website content, images, text, graphics, product descriptions and design are owned by or licensed to PlusSizeZ. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes only. You must not copy, scrape, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit website content without permission.

Website availability and liability

We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website for operational, security or maintenance reasons. To the extent permitted by law, PlusSizeZ is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your consumer rights.
